1. Open report by double clicking the template selected, always choose from top of template list, particularly if there ( ) are there.
  2. IF YOU GET A NEW MODALITY, PLEASE X OUT AND LET CAMIE OR MONICA KNOW. These will need to be typed by these two first so questions can be answered for later. Thanks!
  3. Record accession number to invoice (this must be updated daily).
  4. If you open a report that someone else opened - please x out and refresh the list and start the next job - remember to remove the accession number off invoice.
  5. If a doctor is dictating, recording will start on its own; if a PA is reading, you will need to start dictation by locating the icon to the left of the mic above images - click and select reader name - open.

  1. Listen and select template - 99% of the time you are going to select the templates at the very top of the list.
  2. Make sure images are keyed. These are what you will make sure have arrows on and what will be inserted into the report. See example below.

Look for this in left upper corner of image:

  1. Next add arrows to the images by right clicking on the image, select presentation states, then select the last zoom option there. Now add images to report, size them by hitting shift F12. If images do not size (Coastline facility needs to be manually sized), you will need to right click on the image, go to size and position and then make the height and width 5.12 to size. Remove any extra figure pages.
